Title: Annoyed Post by BstnEagles on Dec 8th, 2003, 8:28pm Hey guys, I am starting to get realy annoyed with the headaches again. For the past year I have been taking 240 mg verapamil. As a chronic, it did not completly get rid of the problem but reduced them from almost every day to once or maybe twice a week. Now they seem to be coming back on a daily basis which leaves me anxious, tired, and annoyed. I think that maybe the SSRI I have been taking is screwing aroudn with either my headaches or the meds. I do not know. Any thoughts? |

Title: Re: Annoyed Post by Prense on Dec 8th, 2003, 8:30pm Some folks here talk about cycles within chronic periods. Basically, as you describe, you may get times when you get hit a few times a week and times when you get hit a few times a day. Personally, mine are quite sporadic...no real pattern. Just a thought... Chris |

Very possible. I would listen to jonny also. I think he's chronic, and I've seen pictures of him with a beer. So he must be doing something right. |

Title: Re: Annoyed Post by Opus on Dec 9th, 2003, 4:37pm Last time I was depressed I took zoloft, it started a cycle that didn't end until 2 weeks after I stoped taking it. This time when I thought I was depressed I took saint johns wort while in cycle, it increased 2 a day to 5 a day and made them longer and harder to abort. I stopped taking it and in a few weeks went back to 2 a day. For me antidepressents don't help but hurt. For others it is the opposite. The beast is hard to figure. Opus/Paul |
