I was just hoping that things were a little less frantic than last week. If you are doing well, that's great. If not, then I hope you have a program in place.

i got a break from the ha for a couple of days last week, then saturday it hit again and hasn't left since. my poor left eyelid may never get back to normal and my left nostril has forgot what air intake is all about.

tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow...i pray for help!
