For those of you who really don't know, Marty was the first director of CalOUCH, who is an ex-cop, a friend of Jills, and moved to the East Coast to take up sheep-farming.     ::)

Hey Don - he left the left coast in favor of the right coast, but it was the wrong coast for CalOUCH - makes sense to me ;D

He did have the drive to get CalOUCH started - I think that's a good thing.

If I may?

Marty was, as are all of us, entitled to do anything he wanted to do.  Move to the east coast, south coast or the Himalayas if he so deemed.

A note that he was leaving and what to  do next would have been  nice is all.

Note - The CalOUCH domain belongs to CalOUCH.  My gift (at least for the first 2 years that I registered it for).

Opinion - Marty is a good man.  He created and fired up CalOUCH.  He had some life changes/problems which forced him move.  I'm betting he has those sheep well organized.
