Im a master at directing the blood flow to southern regions.....never helped with a HA but I did have fun.....LMAO...;;D

It's an internal thing. I can make my hands very warm. I got it the same day I tried. You try for arms, legs, or wherever. I wish I could explain it better but I don't know what else to say. :'(

You laugh kids but there have been several posts that said sex.....or other twisted practices help to end an attack. Kinda nutty but you never know. ::)
