Title: another cluster
Post by Astrid on Dec 4th, 2003, 3:51pm
Hey to all of you!
I'm a new cluster, or better new to clusterheadaches.com
After my pcp mumbled last week "sounds like ch" I started investigating. Short intro: I had migraines since I was 16 (and that is a long, long time ago...). My clusters started in '99. I'm having a few problems understanding everything (English is not my first language). I need help with the lenght of a cluster, cicle and bout. My attacks stoped like a miracle in Jan. 2002, started in June 2002 and ever since I'm in pain, sometimes 1 to 3 accute attacks a night. Than nothing for two weeks, one mild one, than they seem to increase... So, I can not point the pattern.
Sorry for being a pain. I'm confused, scared... but also very happy that (unforunately) there are other people that know ....
Please clue me in!

I wish there was a straight answer that we could give you about how long they last. It seems that each person is different.  And there is no way to desern if you are chonic there might or might not be a cycle (of sorts) within your chonicness (At least that is the way I believe Cluster Chuck put it).  But please read and ask anything and everything.  The owrse you will get is a "well that is a long shot" comment, but we are all tryingto figure out the whys and hows at this point.

Welcome to Clusterville (Sorry that you had to find us)

HI!!
I know, I just became a member yesterday.
Everyone in this chat room is really helpful.

I read the website for about 2 hours...it taught me a lot!
I am now trying the "water Therapy"...It's a pain...but nothing compared to what we go through.

Good luck!!

Again...everyone has been great!  I'm sure you'll experience that as well.
Take care!

For some unknown reason the Beast picked US to terrorize. I don't think any of US know the reason for it. Never feel like you're being a pain. The Beast is the pain here, not you. Together we will continue to fight it. Sorry you're here, but Glad you're here.
Welcome. PFDAN to you.
