Hi guys,

I've missed you------------A LOT! Of course, Ive'd missed a lot of shit this past year. CH's are not one of them.

I found this place in Feb, 02...........after 14 mo. of not having a name for the pain. 6-8 HA s per day. I ran across one of my attempts at logging these in my day planner (among various appts)

3/23/02 - 1:05 A.M. k-7, 3.A.M 7, 5A.M.7 (ALL 15 MIN) 7:20 8 (20 MIN -02), 5;20 PM k4-02-15 MIN, 7:15 PM-K5-02, 15-20 MIN, SLEEP 10:30, 11:00 kIP 9...02...hot tub...02... Vioxx (11.25) Gone 12:00
3/24 PF Day today----YEA
+ Nite , asleep 11:00PM, 12:45 WHAM 6-8, hot rags, 02, gone 1:05.............and on, and on and on......................

That PF day was the first in a long while. I still go nowhere without my 02.........just in case. Occasional shadows, more lately, but can thankfully say I haven't had a real CH in many months. I was lucky - - - 02 and Verapamil worked for me. The PF day above I was at 180 mg Verapamil - - - at 240 I had multiple days PF - - - went to 360 and CH's stopped (always using 02 at hint of shadow). Have been on "maintenance dose" 120mg for some time, but terrified of return .
