Hi Bill! :)

"Lucky" you... :)
In my case, the problem is more about comments  like "it's just a headache, we all have headaches, it can't be THAT bad". So I have hard time convincing others that CH pain IS different and worse than the ones regular buranas, anadin extras and aspirins take away.
But hey, my pals STILL >:( don't get it and they've seen me in PAIN and it took long time to convince my mother that the HAs I kept on telling her about aren't regular ones, so I don't have excatly high hopes there! ;;D

Good luck & PF days!

Hi Bill   :)

That happens to me all the time.  Lots of my co-workers who complain about their aches and pains when I'm around and then say, "oh sorry, what I'm feeling can't be anywhere near as painful as what you feel."  Sometimes, it's sarcastic, like "oh you're special, it's a headache, get over it"  But that mostly comes from people that don't understand.

Most of the people I work and socialize with have seen me in pain and understand.  Most of them know that my pain tolerance is so friggin high, that ch is definately different than any normal headache, which I never get.

I've been suffering from eposodic clusters for about 20 years.  My friends and family know all too well their debilitating effects.  My boss is understanding too.  I guess he caught the story on the news a few years ago.

For the people who don't understand,  you can't really blame them.  The only way to truly understand is to enjoy one for yourself.  Nothing else compares.

I'm very lucky the people around me understand the extent of my pain.

I have never met anyone who understands, until I found the wonderful people here.

Welcome to the site.

I guess I shouldn't have used the word understand.  The people that I know "understand" that I am in great pain.
