Hi there! :)

Today is my headache diary's first anniversary! I've been following my ch attacks for a year... :o

I'm thinking about arranging a tiny celebration! Not that ch would be worth celebrating for, but the fact that I've survived some rough times (not knowing, not having a diagnosis, not having proper meds, losing hope...etc) and feel better now, although not totally pain-free.

What you guys think? Any suggestions? ;)

Thats an anniversary I'd forget faster than my wedding anniversary.
