Been in cycle here, and fighting like dickens. Well, thanks to someone REALLY special here ( ;) :) yeah you honey)........I was told about melatonin.

Lots to read about on the meds board if you're interested.

Anyway, I went out and bought me some yesterday!! WOW last night NO HEADACHES!!!!!

Makes for a great morning. Hoping it can happen again, hoping I stay pf today, hoping that if not...........oh well, maybe this might help someone else that didn't know about it.

For today, I still have my hope.....that it shall end soon, and that my sharing may help someone else.
