I know I have a cocktail party Wed. night, and the big blow-out on Friday night. I'm pretty much free the rest of the time. Since I don't like to shop, I don't go with all the other wives. I'm supposed to be doing Friday brunch at Galatoire's, but Red Fish Grille sounds good. ;;D |

I think New Orleans is about a 6 hr drive from there. If you meet late in the evening, then I would have to drive back alone at night that distance. Oh well, I will get out my trusty road atlas. Might just go for it, and meet you all anyway. Besides, I ain't skeered of the dark. :o If it's ok with you all, I will keep checking here and when you get a definite date and time, maybe I can make it. Jean |

Atlas shows about 280 miles from there to New Orleans. I think that's doable. Bout 5 hours or so. Guess if I decide to go, ya'll can get me thru downtown New Orleans, if that is where ya'll are going to meet. I can get Steve or Doug's phone #'s, and call one of them when I get my arse lost. ???
