Title: TARGET Medical Insurance Companies Post by LasVegas on Oct 30th, 2003, 10:41am Anybody have a link to an email of CEO, CFO, COO, etc of some of the insurance companies that are prohibiting necessary quantities of refills, etc? If so, let's target them. Afterall, it's not the FDA that limits Imitrex for my HMO of only 2 refills per month, "it's all about the money." Gregg in Las Vegas |

Title: Re: TARGET Medical Insurance Companies Post by Donna_D. on Oct 30th, 2003, 5:27pm To anyone that needs assistance with Health Insurance problems: I worked for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas as a Supervisor in the Customer Service Department for 10 years. I am also certified through the Health Insurance Association of America as a Managed Healthcare Professional. I also taught medical billing for 3 years. I KNOW health insurance and how they operate (sleezy, very sleezy), including how to get things paid. I can even help you draft letters to your insurer or to your State Department of Insurance. Your insurance carrier MUST defer to their decisions. If you need to appeal a claim, have a question about benefits, or anything else that is Health insurance related. Please feel free to email me: smileyone1968@yahoo.com No guarantees, but I will do what I can to help! Donna D. |
