you'll see by the end of my post that I really am new to this.

I was looking for avascular necrosis and this site came up so I went through the rigmarole of joining all happy I'd managed it and realised it wasn't AVN

I read some of your very interesting stories and feel for you all, I do get headaches but not like you guys

So I've obviously messed up again LOL but wish you all the very best and keep happy

Jack,

Do another search but this time put "avascular necrosis" inside parenthesis like this. That way it will only search for that phrase and not pick out words like vascular, which is probably why this site came up.

What do you need to know about AVN? I had it in my right hip which required a hip replacement. AVN tends to be symmetrical so it is extremely likely that I will have to have the left hip replaced in the future.

Hi Miklos, thanks for replying.

I just would like to be in touch with other AVN sufferers, to compare notes I suppose,LOL

I have had both my hips done and still have knee replacements to look forward to!
What other bits of us might we expect to break down!!!!?

I have found a site about AVN but would like to stay in touch with you guys.
