Post by Dave_Emond on Oct 27th, 2003, 4:12pm Do you remember a few years back on the old board, you put up a picture of the sunset horizon ...................... ... do do do looking out your back door? It was an orange sky with somewhat grayish clouds and just a small area of blackened terrain at the bottom. I was going to paint that, but can't find it the archives. Maybe 1999 or 2000? Maybe you still have the pic, it was a great scene. Been wanting to paint it for some time, but keep forgetting, your post under the painting auction reminded me to ask now before I forget again! I'll have to post a pic of our backyard view, incredible. Course if I do, we may have a Colorado Convention in 2005! Dave |

Post by jonny on Oct 29th, 2003, 3:52pm Tara, I shoot them out the bay door at my shop in the direction of plymouth bay (its only about a mile and a half away) Jim, Nothing special dude, just a digital camera (1.3 pixles) and knowing when to take a shot (that means take a shot every three mins and weed out the bad ones later....LMAO ;;D) ...........................jonny |
