If given a choice, avoid Apria for your O2. They are stupid! I've been asking for a damn bill, over and over. They are stupid. Instead they send threats why I'm late paying. Their phone people are stooopid too. This is just the latest of several problems. Their accounts department is horrible. They are stoopid. Yes, just 12 hours ago the O2 aborted CH, but I don't give a fuck, I'm cancelling and finding someone else.

Yeah, verapamil. If it wasn't for the O2 situation I would probably stay away from verapamil for awhile longer to make sure it wasn't a renegade CH attack... since I've tapered off verapamil. Now, without O2, I don't think I can afford to not be on verapamil. I don't know if it is better to just admit that I'm probably chronic and stay on verapamil forever, or to periodically taper in the slight hope that maybe I've become episodic again. At least verapamil is very effective... for now....

Either way, the CEO of Apria will be getting a letter.

Hey Eyes.....

We use Apria...and they have been nothing but nice and helpful!!! Never had a billing problem.. and Ramon has kept his O2 allllllllllll year round .... (JIC!)

Sorry Tina. I'm just very frustrated. I can't get the billing department to send me bills, I've been trying for months and now they're threatening me with collection, even though I'm not getting the bills. It's just hard for me to believe that my O2 will be hauled away due to a computer snafu that nobody can rectify. The situation is absurd. Their service is great. Trying to communicate with their billing department is impossible. I give up.

It's too bad you are experiencing problems with Apria. I have had nothing but great experience with them. Hope you work it out.

Sorry to hear it Eyes.
Like the others, I've yet to have any problems w/Apria.
I've always gotten my monthly statement and they let me keep 4 tanks on hand year round...sweet!
Also the customer service has been very good.

Sorry your havein trouble eyes........could they have yer address messed up (a couple numbers switched) ta where they KNOW they are sendin bills but yer jus not gettin em.....so they think it's jus 'an excuse' not ta pay em ?? You know how us shysters are Pam

Nope, they have my address right, every time I call them we go over that. 2 can play this game. Tomorrow I will be sending out some registered mail. I will have 2 demands... send me the bills, and make sure your mistake doesn't mess my credit rating... or else I will be forced to remedy this by other means.

I would have never thought that I would be sending registered mail to a company demanding that they send me bills. ::)

Sorry to hear that Apria is giving you a hard time. I use them and have not had a bit of trouble.

They took 4 weeks to deliver my O2 in S. FLorida made my Doc fill out 4 sheets of paperwork and had me fax the script twice. Then they brought a concentrator with a 5 liter flow. Not good. They promised to pick it up 2 weeks ago and bring an "H" tank. Still no tank, no return calls. Maybe they are usually good, but not to me.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems. I have had a similar problem with a different company and know it can be a pain to have any kind of billing dispute. I hope it gets resolved quickly for your sake.
