For $350.00 I can get a thirty minute ride in the WWII airplane below. For sentimental reasons, I would like to because it is the bomber my Dad flew. Practically, I cannot really justify it. Wife says it's one chance in a lifetime. Maybe they will let me sit in the nose?

For $2.00 I can climb on board while it is not being flown.

Gotta go with the crowd on this one. Like they say ... 350.00 for the ride, but the smiles you give yourself for years to come, and the stories you can tell your grandkids ...... just priceless.

My friend went on the flight on
a B-17 this summer.
The " Aluminum Overcast ".

He said it was the best, most
thrilling experience of his life.
Cost him about $400.
He said he would have spent
ten times that much to do
it again.

The plane in your pic is called
the " Diamond Lil' ".
It is a B-24 Liberator.

"She" (Diamond Lil') was here
also when the B-17 was here
for flights.

GO!. You won't regret it. ;)
