I go to see a new Neuro in Belleville, IL about both my arm/hand injury and my Cluster Headaches. Will explain what my doc has given me to this point. Even the Tegretol shit that I decided to quit taking today that has caused some wicked side effects. First med to do that in a long time, and that was with Neurontin 300mgx3 day.
So, hopefully I will have a good experience and finally find a neuro who knows something about CH and how to treat it.

Good luck Carl, In 21 years of these things I finally found something that worked. At least last cycle it did. Completely knocked them out, maybe it was just a coincidence, but this was my cocktail:

2.5mg amerge AM & PM, Verelin 200mg AM & PM & Imitrex Injection when needed.

Listen to him but make him answer questions. These guys can be weird. They assume we know nothing and of course no one knows more about CH than we do.

Neurolgists are sometimes real oddballs.

Carl....look him in the eye and imagine him sitting on the loo with his trousers around his ankles doing what comes naturally ::) suddenly it will dawn on you that he is no different to you or me :).., and right now, YOU ain't taking no BULLSHIT from anyone!! Once you've brought them up to our level they're okay really..... ;D

Hope the appointment with him goes well, let us know how you get on.....PF vibes to you in the meantime...
