Title: Oh Goodie!!! RIF RANT! Post by echo on Oct 14th, 2003, 2:44pm Sprint to shave another 2K plus out of the KC area. Management level - my level. We will know within 2 weeks if we make the cut. They have already moved our group under another organization, and the move basically cuts our department in half. What the hell were they thinking. This is getting really friggen old. |

Sprint itself is not making the cut. Ya gotta try to see into the future here... soon one company is going to be in charge of our TV, Telephone and Internet... your job is to figure out which one has the best chance of doing it. Who's got the most progressive broadband...AND most importantly, who has the best customer service... Bigger is not always better but it does tend to smush the hopeful upstarts. So... I guess you need to purchase one of those all knowing, all seeing "8 balls" (which, I predict will say something pithy and sage like "future uncertain" or "try again later") In the mean time...here is a hug and a cookie! (the savages are forcing me to make the halloween cookies now instead of waiting till halloween) Sherry |
