17 days in China and i finally got back home today.

My wife took me to a Chinese doctor about my headaches. Fortunately my CH's are gone but i would have liked to give him myself while in cycle. This Doctor gave me a full examination. He used all his skills with accupressure. Without me telling him before hand, he guessed or somehow knew which side of my head i had my CH's on. He told me that my brain was lacking a chemical function and that my lack of a proper diet was contributing to my headaches.
The translation from Chinese to English was very difficult but from what i gathered from him was that people who suffered from Ch's are lacking a basic brain chemical that is produced everyday by normal people, and that if i followed a certain diet i could eliminate my cycles. It was very confusing to try and translate exactly what he was saying because my wife is not fluent in English. He gave me some medicine to take for 1 month during my next cycle. I might just try it!

I agree that with Peyton Manning as the Quarterback they are definitly a threat, but with Tony Dungy masterminding the Defense they are a legitimate threat for a Superbowl title. Defenses win Titles!

Thanks for the post Pat,

Im sure many of us have tried "alternative" medications for Ch. Interesting to know the diagnosis and treatment. What exactly was the medicine he gave you?? And is it available on the Western Market?
