Ok woke up ok this morning, then my brother was a pure a*sshole, smartmouthed, disrespectful, frustrating BRAT b4 he went to school. Started having a migraine (hugging the porcelin god) took some phenergan and thankfully was able to hold it down so now the naseau has faded away alot! Was sitting at the pc here checking email and whatnot while my kids ate. Got hit with a huge CH. Sometimes when I get a bad CH (or both migraine and ch yehaw) my legs go jello and my knees give out. Well I tried to get up and guess what I hit the floor. Now I have scrambled back into my chair and the CH has let up some but still my legs don't want to support me. Thankfully right now the kids are playing very nicely but I will need to chase them soon, diaper changes etc. I am shaking so bad it is taking me forever to type this right (nice distraction tho). I can't get ahold of my husband (he's doing landscaping today and no cell phone). Damn it what am I gonna crawl after the kids?! Fingers crossed they stay good and no dirty diapers till this passes.

Anyone else out there lose the ability to stand/walk when hit with a CH or migraine? This isn't the first time this has happened to me but usually as soon as the pain goes down some the jello feeling passes....so far not so good this time. This is a very scary feelilng to me.

Wow Tara,

Hope this all passes.......Got any family you can call? Sounds like you need someone. Neighbor?

Dave E is the only one I have read about with the weakness. I have not ever experienced that. Damn, wish I was closer. I'd be there in a heartbeat, sweetie.
Can you call your hubby's work and someone there get hold of him?

If I've gone multiple rounds with the Devil, I'll have alot of trouble even sitting up, and end up laying down despite the spike in pain...

It's rare that I've had to do it, but when I do it sucks...

Thank you all....I'm doing a bit better now, no more "jello legs" that lasted about an hour. Still got a migraine hanging in there alittle (barely even there) and finished a ch hit so right now I'm all good ;) Now I'm on my way out to get my digital camera and printer off layaway (hmm spending money always feels good doesn't it ?! :) )
