Put in a proposal for next years convention. Or I should say Cat and I did.... ;) We thought a resort in Colorado would be nice, and we found quite a few resorts that sounded great. They all have cabins with porches!!!!!! It will be cool up in the mountains, and one of them is right on a beautiful lake, and we can do big campfires at all of them. Can't wait to hear that guitar and harmonica around a campfire.

They are all close to airports, and none of them care how much noise we make! ;D Prices aren't too bad either.

Given a choice between Milwaulkee and Nashville, I'll take Colorado every time. The Durango thing sounds sweet, prices listed weren't rediculous, and, most importantly, it looks like a place where we can be left alone. How far to the local beer outlets?

Shit.....I've never flown b-4 and skerd ta death of planes (which is 'my' problem I know)........maybe I should start highjackin local airports fer the practice of takein off and landings. Pam that's not done much jackin

OK~~ now get us a good deal on the whole shabang...and when???? cuz I gotta start savin my pennies..........isnt it freaken cold there though.............. hate to go away to get cold... Texas sounded good to me rox woman... but who am i but a small pee in this huge pod... coots if I am flyin so are you dear... you will feel so worldly afterwards... (and if you puke in a bag and make an ass outa yourself what are they gonna do take away your library card?????????????? Great and I have this job coming up out there all winter as caretaker at the Overlook Hotel. It's a big place with a neat maze and lots of shrubbery. They tell me it's deserted all winter. Sounds too good to pass up folks. Funny I haven't heard from other groups that stayed there. Still, think it over, We I'll need the company :o

The Shineing.........oh oh !!!!! Anywho.......Ree if I freaked out on the plane (first off I'd prolly threaten anyone with a towel on there head NOT to git on the same plane) I'd prolly get drastically sick then get thrown off in mid air ! I'd be a stewardess's nitemare ! Pam that shines with the Shineing

But I wouldn't wanna miss that convention for the world !!!! NO-WAY-HO-ZAY !!!!

No worries, lass. Looked up their Chamber of Commerce.....they got plumbing, showers, and hot water....all of it INDOORS. We'll hose you down, toot sweet........right after landfall. Be financially creative...let Peter pay Paul.

Unless someone wants to share the drive, I guess I'll be grounded again. Hope we have something in the "middle" pretty soon. I really liked the Tennessee deal.

Let me just say: COLORADO WOULD BE AWESOME! Since I am up there (in the Durango area) at least once a month anyway, that would suit me just perfect!
