Apria delivered 4 E tanks on Saturday! Of course, they screwed up again & brought nose cannulas! Geez....I know that the assistant at my Dr's office specifically told them Non-rebreather mask! So I call the office after the guy leaves and they are like "can't bring it unless it's on the prescription". Well it didn't say "nose canula" on the prescription either but they didn't have a problem giving me that. The people that work at this Apria are so lame! I have to spell my last name at least 3 times every time I call (there's only 6 letters!!). So I searched through all my moving boxes that were still unpacked and found an old mask from a few years ago.

This tank has a weird regulator on it too. It goes up to 15 lpm but you can only set it at 10 or 15 lpm, nothing in between. It's like a dial thingy on the side.

But at least I finally got it! I'm still trying to get another mask though (we'll see how long that takes). They said they would bring back as many tanks as I needed whenever I called, so if that's the case I guess it doesn't matter that I didn't get the H tank. phew! What a process!

Wanna share the whole story with how you eventually won the battle of insurance ???? Might help Chris to get his own so he don't come a knocking when he starts a rockin !!!!!!!!!!!
