Been feeling so rotten that I decided NOT to leave a lot to my kid so I went down to the local dealership and got me a new Chevy Avalanche (heck I can't even spell it) today. It's silver with charcoal interior and has all kinds of bells and whistles.

Been really running the roads -- have 32 miles on it now. I think they''re gonna come get it in the morning and finish servicing it. They still have to put the running boards on it and fill it up with gas and I think I need to sign some papers or something, but what the heck. Details, details, details....... It's not like they don't know where to find me (they're a whole block down the street and can see my office from where they are).

One thing about it - I may not feel better,but I sure look better. That thing even has "warmers" for your rear end. (Don't EVEN think it Jonny!!!) Haven't figured out what all the other buttons are for yet. Guess I should read the manual or something.

Told my son to get a second job and not depend on Mom for an inheritance - She plans to spend it for him.

Im coming to visit, Mom.....DAMN!!!....we can toast our buns in comfort....Hell, we can even do one badass beer run in that badboy.....LMMFAO ;D

Good for you Barb.....I'll bet you look gorgeous in the drivers seat of that coooool vehicle... Bun warmers are the best could use those here... MY Ford Explorer has leather seats and they are cooooold coooold cocooold... Keep spending that money... remember they can hawk whatever you buy LOL love ya Ree

Way cool Barb....good for you.......do sumthin nice fer yerself.....you'll not only look better but you'll feel sumwhat better in the long run ! And hey......them butt warmers got duel purposes...when ya get an ha go sit out in yer new car......only stand on yer head and crank that butt warmer up high !! Put the beer in the backseat.....warm beer BAD ! Pam with a buttless warmer car seat but nice bells and whistles ;)

Wow Barb....that truck would really look nice pulling my bass boat. Bass boat is silver fleck and gun metal ;)

I'm a pickup truck girl too !!!! Cept mine is a GMC Z-71. I wanted silver, but got a white one, cause I didn't want to wait while they found the silver one.

Personally, i think you bought it for your grandson...LOL..and i think you should drive it to Florida instead of flying..would we have fun...all us clusterheads in your big bad truck ....with our O2 tanks included ...smiles,nancyc ps congratulations ...sorry Buddy, mom just spent all your money..think she needs to give me some tips on this..then maybe mine would not try to get rid of me so fast LOL

Jean - got the trailer hitch on it and lots of room for the fishin' gear - we can fish a while and then heat our seats up a while... Sounds like a plan to me.. LOL!

I think you should drive it to Fla too!. I also think you should all extend your vacations and we should throw all our gear in the back and go to the Keys. I've always wanted to meet Jimmy Buffet and see Marguaritaville! I'll even ride in the back........no dogs tho! They get nervous and slobber.
