This cycle is new territory for me. Usually around 6 to 8 week battle. This one started in late April. Ended late July but came back in mid August and it continues.

Work was impacted but jumped back into it when the jerk off left. But this is new to me and I'm struggling to keep up. Still getting copied on stuff but seems different. No longer in all of the meetings. Maybe a good thing. Just do not feel as useful...Ya know?

This bastard is relentless.

I need a haircut.

If you're on a team at work and not getting (email) copied on everything that everybody else gets and you're not getting invited to the meetings that everybody else does... you have a problem. You need to find out who is sabatoging you and educate them about clusters.

Actually my boss purposely started leaving me off of some of the projects and stuff while I was in cycle. Her intentions were good, it did however leave me feeling left out of the loop. She truly was just trying to reduce my work load knowing that I was getting little to no sleep. Talk to your boss if it's really bothering you. You'll probably be surprised at his/her motivation for lightening your load.

Speak to the meeting chairperson, especially if they chair most company meetings and discuss the agenda about why u r being left off invites.

Intentions may be good, however there is always the chance of sabotage, especially from a minor or jr wishing to up the ranks???
