I contacted the Director over at the Crowne Plaza yesterday and advised her that we had been having problems making reservations both over the phone and on line.

I should have this resolved today.

I booked yesterday. It seems that only the Mon - Fri reservation folks know about OUCH.

I fixed this problem on Tuesday of this week.  If there are any other problems PLEASE let me know immediately!
