Title: Sleeping cluster side down Post by mc_ashes on Apr 6th, 2008, 10:44am I could be imagining this but, it seems I get fewer night time hits when I sleep with the cluster side on the pillow as opposed to the other way around. Have any of you detected a difference one way or the other? Mark |

Title: Re: Sleeping cluster side down Post by Linda_Howell on Apr 6th, 2008, 11:01am Hi Mark, No I've never noticed that, and I don't think I've heard where anyone else has either. Some people find sleeping in a recliner or almost in an upright position helps though. Linda |

Title: Re: Sleeping cluster side down Post by brewcrew on Apr 6th, 2008, 11:06am I have a chronic stuffy sinus on the cluster side (plus sleep apnea, for which I wear nasal pillows connected to a CPAP machine). Trying to sleep with my stuffy side down is next to death for me. Cluster side, stuffy side - always up. I gotta let gravity do its thing. |

Title: Re: Sleeping cluster side down Post by Trooper on Apr 6th, 2008, 11:09am I don't believe it prevents attacks because I get hit nightly during a cycle. I will tell you that I do have this wierd irrational fear that I must sleep cluster side down. It is like I am afraid that if I sleep on my left side my clusters will ooze down and start attacking that side of my brain as well. :o |

Title: e)Re: Sleeping cluster side down Post by KatzPurr on Apr 7th, 2008, 1:37am I have always slept mostly cluster side up (in or out of cycle), but do switch back and forth during the night. I haven't noticed any difference in affecting the number of nighttime hits during my bouts with the beast. |
