I was given one jar of cream called "Headache cream" by my mother a few months ago. She got it from a health fair she went to.

Now, I have had shadows a few times since I got the jar and I haven't tried it. I did try it when I got a regular migraine (it is advertised to be a relief for those) and it did help for a while, but then the migraine continued.

The cream I've got doesn't have capsaicin, but I'm still sceptical. The cream helped a bit, but not so much that I could say that it made a read difference and it's supposed to help with a migraine.

But, having said that, if I'll get again those "nothing-works-with-these-shadows", I might try that cream...

Not intended to address the troll

I used prescription strength Zostrix capsaicin cream on a Doctor's recommendation for CH. It was the worst thing I could have done.

When I get hit, I sweat, nose runs, eyes tear, etc. That "stuff" gets everywhere, eyes, nose, etc. :'(

There isn't a chance that I would ever try this again, nor recommend it to my worst enemy.

What's with all these threads in CAPITAL LETTERS? I thought that was like yelling on a message board.

Okay, that's a little off topic. Capsaicin cream...been there, done that, even swabbed the inside of my nose with it, bought the T-shirt. It did nothing except blister the right side of my face, which at least caused some of my friends to be more sympathetic ::)
But hey, what ever works for you...any port in a storm.
