hi,was given 2x6mg injectors to try off my doc last week,IT WORKED,finally got summat that gives me pain relief and shes more than happy to give me enough for 2 a day.still no date for neuro thoe,but hey who cares,im getting a break from it all !! its just good to know that i really am still myself when all the pains gone,good luck all. stuart.

Amazing stuff to be sure. I rely primarly on my O2 but it sure is nice to know a jab is there when all else fails.

Beware rebound headaches from overuse of Sumatriptan. If you were to use 2 a day you would become a candidate. Doesn't happen to everyone but the risk is there and you should make note of it.

Also, over reliance on Sumatriptan can reduce its effectiveness.

I guess moderation in all things is the rule 8)

Never mix triptans...ever. Check out the imitrex tip on the left
works for some.

Hi Stuart,

Great news uve got something that works i was given the injections as back up to oxygen just over a month ago.
The oxygen has worked wonders ive not injected yet, ask for oxygen see if that helps and if so use the injection as back up!!!

thanks for replies,tried red bull for the annoying reminders that its still there,no good,but ground coffee seems to help.still asking for o2 thoe,its hard to hold out when i know ive got the injectors,but managed to use just 1 a day up to now, except last night when i got a real bad un at 1am.stuart
