well it might be too soon to tell, but ive had no attack for 2 weeks and the shadow lands has calmed down,
it feels awesome
no meds this cycle and its been the shortest one yet, 5 weeks,
pain free wishes to everyone, Thanks for being here.

That's awesome news!!!  I hope your break is a long one.

Sometime I'll go into detail again about why I elected to eschew meds when dealing with my episodic CH.  Suffice it to say that your experience with a shorter cycle when you went without meds was a pattern I noticed as well.  

I'm leery about what I'll take for CH these days.

my cycle is over. he will come back in a few years he always does. i don't believe in meds either. this cycle i used o2, changed my diet, stayed away from beer,  took some kudzo and a few other natural things that grow in the dark. if a drug company cures your problem then they loose a customer. think about how much trex costs.

i will for sure be sticking around to offer support,
woke up this morn still nothing going on in my head,
yesssssssssss
i wonder how many other people experience a shorter cycle without meds, its hard, its like surfing waves in hell but ya get to shore quicker, for me anyway,
