I'm not sure but there may be dues across the water, somebody within the UK establishment might shed some light here.

I've been in touch with some new members from the UK recently. Just trying to help.  Pointing out that there is an organistion, OUCH(UK), this side of the pond that they may not have heard of. Nothing sinister in that  wanna_swap_brains. I don't recall getting in touch with you - maybe I did! - but it's not in my Outbox

In answer to your question, a quote from the Ouch(UK) website regarding referrals to a neurologist:

Quote:
Please give the helpline a call they'll sort you out on how to get a quick appointment. 01646 651979, leave a message and someone will call you back

No. It's not a premium rate number and No OUCH do not want your money before you use the website.  Information on the website and other links are freely available to non registered members and most of the topics on the forum can be read by non members but, if you want to make a post on the members forum then you do need to be a registered member.

OUCH (UK) is not just a web-based organisation, they provide printed information free of charge to anyone who wants information on CH, as well as a helpline service.

Regards

Rod
