about the cause report:

Cefalea a grappolo: è ormai accertato che, nei soggetti affetti da cefalea a grappolo, sia presente una predisposizione genetica: l’assenza dell’antigene HLA-B14 comporta una mancata protezione verso la malattia. La cefalea a grappolo è probabilmente scatenata dalla disfunzione di un centro del cervello (nucleo sovrachiasmatico), che rappresenta l’orologio biologico nei mammiferi.

Clusterheadaches: in ch suffferers, has been assured a genetic predisposition. The absence of the antigen HLA-B14 doesn't give the natural protection for the.....beast  >:(.
