Do any of you dream about having an attack only to find that you are?

It has happened to me, but not very often.

Luckily not! The real experience is enough of a nightmare.

Oh yeah....and those are usually the worst hits cause I'm already too far into the CH to do much.

Perhaps I shall call my CH "Freddie"

All the time when in cycle.  It would work itself into whatever dream I was having at the time--I started wondering if maybe it was my dream itself that was causing them (the HAs) but that seemed a little too sci fi.
There has been research done into CH that indicates that it is linked to sleep disorders where the sleep stages are not functioning correctly--that seems believable to me.

It's happened to me many times.  They are the worst because I end up trying to stay asleep because I think it's just a dream.  Then I end up with a real banger.

Damn right there Phil, and I reckon the worst part is when you wake up and are praying that it was just a dream, those few moments of hope followed by "Oh F..k, here we go again."

What's strange is that I hardly ever remember my dreams except when in cycle. I've had many dreams of having a CH attack. Unfortunately most times, I wake up to find out it IS a CH attack. Sometimes I get lucky and it was only a dream, but not too often.
