I think I'm at 22 days I kinda lost track I know that sounds crazy but I think my last hit was on the 6th.This is my longest stretch since my last Histamine treatment almost 3 years ago.

Dave,

That's just wonderful! :)

I'm so glad to hear that you've been PF long enough to lost track! :D I, for one, do hope that this means that you are episodic - but the kind who stays PF for a long, long time... like for good. ;)

It's morning here in Finland as I write this and I must admit that this is the best kind of news one could get first in the morning! :)

Lots of more PF days,
Sanna

Hey Dave

I can drink with Verapamil, just need to be carefull that I remember to take it. No reason why you shouldn't give it a try I suppose. Just keep a Redbull or three close just in case. When I first tried a beer, after about 6 weeks alcohol free I was Shi&^%g myself but no problems, not even a shadow.

Good luck mate, may the PF days last forever.

I do hope that this PF time will last for a long, long time.

That's amazing! It must be an awesome feeling. I just had 4 days PF (one was even a weekend day, when I didn't have to work!) and I didn't know what to do with myself. Just as I was realising this morning that it had been 4 whole days, the shadows returned (about 6 hours ago). Boo! I was hoping you PF days were contagious...  [smiley=laugh.gif]

I hope it's catchy Phil. I honestly never thought being chronic I could never turn episodic, but I guess there is hope for us all.And as for the updates I will keep them coming,I mean this the longest streak I have ever had without Histamine Desensitization.
