I just called my new insurance company, and I found out, for the first time since I have been taking imitrex, that they will cover more then 1 refill a month! So stoked about about, just thought I would share!

Congrats! I just got it approved to get 6 injections a month. Mine usually covers 2 a month, but my doc had done the paperwork before to get me 4.

Thankfully I dont do the injections, I do the 20mg Nasal sprays. They were only covering a box of 6 before, which I would go through in about 2-3 days. Thankfully, I can be imitrexed out as much as needed. ::)

Hello and congrats.

The injections work much better and faster than the nasal spray so its great that you can get more. Hopefully you wont need many of them though.
