i just was curious, and wanted to know, say you were stranded on a island and could only take one thing with you for your clusters,only one, what would you chose, i had a hard time deciding.realy hard,but i would choose oxygen.no , verapimil, sh#t i still can't decide.o2 for sure.

Seriously though, O2 gets my vote but I'll be damned if I can figure out how you're gonna get it refilled.

i thought i should explain this...

o2 is good...but not all the time esp for hard hits...and its gonna run out

drugs...screw them...they make me feel crap..

the one thing that can make a CH "feel" shorter is just some voice rambling on softly near me...and that can take my crazy screaming or abuse when it gets bad...

so yeah... a friend..

thats true,some people like to be alone and before my husband ,i did, sometimes i would go through cycles with nothing but my ice pack and one time my husband layed beside me and held my hand and told me to think of horses playing and beautiful roses etc,,.. he was realy reaching cause i dont like roses, but my point is i calmed down and dealt with the pain and then drifted off to sleep , he never did that again , but the memory evidently lives on.

i think most of us would choose a loved one . but ,ok lets say you have your loved one to ,what one thing would you take, and no it would't run out lol, :) [smiley

Usually, when I need to decide what to take, I'd choose something like a huge notebook with pen (I love to write stuff down almost daily), Bible or an umbrella.

But something just about clusters... I haven't tried 02 yet, so I don't know if it works. Other meds... I've outgrown all of them and I don't feel like going back.

If I'll pick energy drink, can I get ice, too? :)

If not, then I'm in troble, because caffeine tabs are no use without water and if I'll live in an island, I'd need also a kettle so I can boil some safe water...

Ok, I'm thinking this too much! I'll take a life suply of vicks red energy tablets, they have caffeine and taurine and guarana, taste ok, and if my throat aches in some point, they'll help with that, too. :)

just love that horse deal. still thinking?probably because its usualy a combo that helps clusters ,i was hoping for more responses, thought it would at least help me to know what gives the most relief. luv all you guys , even jonny. thanks, eve

OK - so I can only take one.

I would take one giant sized crate. In it I would place mega-doses of Trex, a king-sized bottle of Verapamil and numerous Pred tapers - in addition to a machine that turns salt water into drinking water, Vodka for when I'm out of cycle, a knife for cutting into cococuts, and my husband. Couldn't live without him.

One item - a stuffed crate. Does that count?

I'd want that guy on t.v., he gets lost, oh yea, "man vers. wild". On dicovery channel. he can find anything and either use it or eat it. He's cute too!
