I prey I'm not going to regret saying this, but this cycle is finished right on scedeul, even though this was my hardest cycle yet, as far as how many i was getting at night , To recap i was on verap,o2,maxalt,and steroids during my peek, worked great for me. my ha usualy last about 5 weeks from start to finish, and even though some peoples experiece with verapimil prolonging there cycle made me afraid , it didnt do that to me. It took me a week of tapering, . I was on a small dosage compared to most ,but it worked , or my cycle was ending anyway.thats seems to be my problem because my cycles are short its hard to tell what realy helps,whats for sure for me is the break prdisone gives me.and 02 helps great when I' not at my peek.so i just hate it hate it.when people give up on o2 cause it didn't help a few times or just postponed a few times.anyway happy happy,happy. just came in from seeing my horse lying down and went to lay up against him and cuddle in the sun, sometimes it takes my headaches to appriciate those little moments, life is awesome!

Now sit back and relax some. I think your right we take for granted some things but when the cluster visit is done we can see things in a new light. It's a shame it doesn't seem to last.

Glad its over. CH does give you a perspective....Well I didn't dial 911 so life is good.
