Title: Re: couple ? please help Post by George_J on Jun 26th, 2007, 5:54pm In my own experience, it appears to reduce the number of nighttime attacks that I get. Since better than ninety percent of the attacks I get occur at night, this amounts to a decrease in the number of attacks I get overall during the course of a cycle. It's been a good choice for me, over the past three cycles. I can't speak for whether or not it reduces the number of daytime attacks--I wouldn't think so, but don't hold me to it. Best wishes, George |
