Title: Re: AHS about Cluster Headache Post by George_J on May 14th, 2007, 9:45am Thank you, Friedrich. I was interested to read that one's position during oxygen therapy can make a difference--specifically, the recommendation was to sit forward, looking towards the floor, in order to promote venous drainage. Not something I had heard before. Although the paper repeats the 7 lpm recommendation rather than the higher flow rates, I was happy to see that 02 was at the top of the list of efficacious abortives for CH. Best, George |

Title: Re: AHS about Cluster Headache Post by cluster on May 14th, 2007, 9:59am Hello George, forgot to add: That paper is not new and may also have some outdated information (e.g. Gamma Knife). Couldn't find a date it was written, the newest reference included is from 2004. I still think it gives a good overview. pf wishes, Friedrich |
