Hello all,
I just wanted to drop a line to say im still PF since day before Thanksgiving and wanted to take the time to thank all that keep this site for what it is. I started visting this site at least 2 years back and not untill my last (fall '06)cycle that I finally posted. I check back daily even when not in a cycle and am so greatful for the information and support. . I have been eposodic for years and am so thankful for the breaks that I do recieve when not being beatin down y the beast . To those of you who are chronic "Hats off" you are truly the strongest & bravest people alive. Thanks to all that respond back and keep us strong when were down. Thanks for all the good advice -that even if it didnt work for some ,may work for others. Thanks for having somewhere to go when its 2:30am and you havent slept in weeks or have feared going to sleep for who will be awakening you. Thanks for not making me feel like im the ony person who knows this is not a migrane, sinus, or tension headache. Thanks for everything!

Maybe you want to think about sticking around and lending some support to others the way you have been supported. It's the better way to say "thanks." ;)
