After months of 7 to 10 hits a day and almost no sleep I decided to try something drastic, 24 mg of Melatonin has stopped working at all, so I took 3—180mg Verapamil, 2-600mg, Ibuprophen, 1-30mg Restoril and 4- 400mg Vitamin E at 12am last night, slept through the night until almost 6:30am with no night time hit. I think that’s only the 2nd time in over 10 years that has happened!

But maybe He had mercy and just sent his angels to you to help you have a very deserving night of sleep!! ;)

Pappy, I'm glad you got some must needed sleep. Kind of changes your whole outlook on life, doesn't it? ;)

Rosy, there is nothing in that combination that interacts harmfully with each other.

Sometimes you get to a point where you HAVE to get some sleep. Pappy isn't the first nor will he be the last to take matters into his own hands to get some sleep. I've created a few sleep cocktails for myself when nothing else worked and with a lot worse combinations of meds.

I was just thinking of the quantity of medicine..

when you get a cocktail like that I am sure other organs will complaint :P

but well, what the heck!! HE HAD A FULL NIGHT OF SLEEP!!

;;D ;;D OK thanks everyone it was probibly only the 1-30 mg restoril that I took that was the odd eliment in the mix, and since that is a sleep medication I hoped it would do the trick.
After being Drug Free for so long, taking a Benzo for sleep was the last thing I wanted to do, but If was desperate.
Rosebabe, you havent been here very long, so dont worry at all about Old Pappy seeing Angles too prematurely, I know the combonation for that and after 37 years of being a Sever Daily Chronic there is no risk of a bad mixture of medications taking me home unexpectedly!
If I wanted to go its: 1 round from the old 9mm taken internally to the brain!
I am way stronger and Smarter than that! Pappy
