I've been getting shadows for the past week or so and I knew I was due for a cycle so I went to the Dr yesterday to get my prescriptions ready. Almost on cue I was woken up this morning by the beast, nothing too bad, maybe a kip 3 or 4 - almost like a "Hey, remember me?".

I've got my meds and I'm getting my O2 delivered today, so I'm ready to go to war for the next 4-5 weeks.

Start up on the melatonin quickly. I've done that the last 2 times I started to shadow, and my cycles were super mild. Haven't had a full blown cycle since 2005, but did have 2 of them try to start up in April of 2006 and again in Jan 2007.
