My CH has definitely changed sides. Since the beginning I've been a leftie. Now the left side still shadows, but the hits are coming on the right side. This has been going on for several weeks.

My left eye still closes, but the right one tears and the right nostril pours instead of the left.

It's just plain weird to me. I still grab the left side and then it dawns on me - I'm doing it wrong. Guess old habits are hard to break.

I know several of you have had this happen, but it just never happened to me before. Just one more wonderful thing about CH.... no rhyme or reason....

HI BD!!

When my CH changes sides it usually hurts a little less, maybe because it is used to hurt like hell on the right side and my left has no idea was is going on ::) hope it does the same to you!!

I've Been a switch hitter for 14 yrs every other cycle right now i'm a righty but when it started the left shadowed like it didn't know where to go....wishing pfdan to you all...

Barb I've only ever had a couple of hits on the "wrong" side but they were awful in that all my coping mechanisms are set up for me to kick in on auto pilot and deal with the left side of my head. Trying to "think" of what to do when hit on the right was an added stress I didn't need and it made coping so much harder. I'm not sure the hit WAS worse but it certainly seemed it.

I hate this condition, I swear it can think - nothing can be so insidious without working out just how it can hurt us most [smiley=huh.gif]

12 years right sided and the last 6 years on the left.

The right sided ones hurt me more

Sorry to hear the bad news. Kevin switches from his numb side to the other too. I can't tell which side is worse, he yells in one way, and that's loud! Hope all gets better. You go girl!!! Leah.

Before surgery, on floor screaming, but now, pain one third on left-side hits, a shower, or ice, or go outside as compared before.

When it switches to right side, the difference is not readily noticable. I am confused about how this operation works now.
