Title: cold clusters Post by mityfast on Jan 27th, 2007, 10:10am Anyone experience feeling cold during each cluster attack? This deep cold has been one of my experiences for the last 28 years. The cold feeling is worse when my cluster tic (intercranium star wars) is worse. |

Not during the attack itself--invariably, I'm overheated when the CH is going on, but immediately afterward I get very cold and have to wrap up in a blanket. The sensation of deep chill then dissipates after around a half hour, leaving me feel more or less normal--exhausted, yes, more often than not, and usually with a lingering, dull shadow. Best wishes, George |

Title: Re: cold clusters Post by midwestbeth on Jan 27th, 2007, 1:35pm After cluster attack I am very cold. All I want to do is wrap up in a blanket and sit in front of the fireplace. The worse the attack, the colder I seem to be. I'm normally (kinda forgetting what normal feels like) warm all the time, so this is unusual for me. PF wishes Beth |

Title: Re: cold clusters Post by artonio7 on Jan 27th, 2007, 2:28pm After a CH I get a bit of a chill. But for me it's not the same kind of chill that I've experienced during a high fever or when I've had a cold or flu. It's not a teeth chattering chill. Just moderate waves that run down my body. The chill, albeit uncomfortable, is a welcome change of sensation from those that the beast inflicts. with warm regards, Tony |
