Title: Change in 2006
Post by briantrudeau on Nov 21st, 2006, 4:54pm
Anyone else notice a bad year this year for CH?  This has been my worst and was wondering if others have noticed this as well.
My Neuro has 5 other cluster patients and she said they were all in this year saying that this year was a bad one for each of them.  Wondering if this is true world wide or is it just a Michigan thing.
Thanks and hope they go away for all of us,
Brian

I'm chronic, but this time of year is always the worst for me.  But by far, this year has been the worst so far and I'm in central IL.  So, maybe it is a Midwest thing... ;;D

Brian,
I have had this for over 30 years in that time I have had some pretty rough years, but my wife and I were saying only a couple of days ago that this has been the worst we can remember, in that it seems to have been unrelenting since December last year.  Still you never know next year may be better, sure hope so for all of us and our supporters. Hope you get some PF soon.                                              cheers Roy :)

Worst cycle ever for me with a qualifier! I have almost religously gone 2 cycles a year 2-3 months each. This last cycle stretched 8 months, but it's the first time I ever tried the injectable imitrex. Worked wonders on the bad hits but it has left me wondering. It'll take a few more cycles before I'm sure as to whether or not the trex extended the cycle or if it was just a freak cycle!!!
