Title: naps are hard to get (again) Post by catfish 47 on Nov 13th, 2006, 7:51pm I'm not in my cycle yet, but I think he's close by. When I'm getting hit Frank won't let me take naps at all, real headbangers. Right now Frank (my friend in my head) is just squezzing the hell out of my brain and poking my eye whenever I want to nap. No headaches yet. My question is has anyone else ever started a cycle like this. |

If I sleep for 30 minutes in the afternoon and a CH doesn't wake me up, I'm not in a cycle. If it does then I am in a cycle. |

Franks a very tame name for your friend in your head, most of the names mine gets are unprintable, here to future Pain free days Cheers Roy ;) |
