It has worked twice so far. Take it as soon as you feel one coming. Keep it in the fridge.

Hmm guess that makes sense if it causes vasoconstriction. Probably the same reason ice cold red bull works better than warm. Perhaps I should store my zomig spray in the fridge for a little extra boost.

When Mike was using imitrex spray, we always kept it in the fridge. Cold = good.

The spray has been good to me so far, but even an added minute shaved off would be worth it. I'll throw the carton in there tonight. Reaching the time for the steroids to wear off anyway.
