A period of 4(four) beautiful PFDAN weeks has been completed. :D
If everything goes well the beast shouldn't pay me a visit for at least 6 months but no matter what I'm already happy because after such a lot of pain we deserve some peace in our heads.

Congrats, I think mine just ended also! It's a nice feeling, hoping your remission is endless~!

I've often wondered how long each of us will wonder (and what will be the average wonder time), after we've each had our last cycle - when is the next one coming?

That's one of those #@*^%$# thoughts that's never far from my mind!!! How long a break will he take this time. You plan for the worst, expect the best, and really enjoy the remissions.

Yep, REALLY enjoy them. I'm sure we're all more or less f'd for the rest of our lives. Once the beast leaves for good (if it ever does), we'll all still be looking over our shoulder.

Ah, well - like I always tell people, "It could be worse. I could have a sharp stick in my eye. Wait a minute - I DO have a sharp stick in my eye!"

I'm on day 20 without a hit (Sh Sh ) & life is good.
I'm Chronic so I dont know how long this will last but i'm not complaining.

I (we) am (are) so happy for all of you in a remission. To be able to do the simple things would really be the highlight. Sleep through the night, go to a movie theatre, unteether from the o2 tank.......you know, be pain free for weeks at a time.....Sweet!

You all deserve the break. I hope it's PF Forever!
