Title: My wife says... Post by Chonas on Aug 31st, 2006, 1:41pm My dearest wife says that my actual cycle, which seems to be ending and fortunately lasted less than usual, was due to the interaction of a priest who was told about my headaches. She wanted me to let you lnow about this. I do apologize and I also can't stop [smiley=laugh.gif] [smiley=laugh.gif] [smiley=laugh.gif] [smiley=laugh.gif] |

Never, never ever laugh at your wife or else the priest might be conducting your funeral mass! |

Remember, women are ALWAYS right! Take your cue from them when responding to what they say: if they laugh, you laugh; if they don't laugh, you don't laugh and if they cry, you cry-you will live much longer that way and your life will be much easier (you can always go into the garage later or take a walk and laugh your ass off ;;D!). |

Title: Re: My wife says... Post by Carl_D on Sep 1st, 2006, 1:35am I pray alot... but not sure it helps with the CH. I have even tried using "The power of Christ compells you" during an attack to no avail. ;) The beast is stubborn... and God allows him to roam. I used to be a hardcore Christian at one time, but still struggle with the scripture that "God won't give you any more than you can handle." scripture. In fact, there are alot of scriptures I struggle with since I experience what I do and see the suffering of others. It is amazing I believe in a God at all. But in spite of what happens to me or those around me, I cannot deny what I know to be true. Talk about conflict. :P Peace, Carl D |

Title: Re: My wife says... Post by jon019 on Sep 1st, 2006, 2:06am Oh Carl, I don't blame God for nothin'. Some things just are, and there's nobody that can explain them. In my Mom's last days i read scripture to her. It comforted her and whether I believe or not didn't matter at the time (for the record, I do). I read your posts with fascination and admiration and wish you peace and pain free days (at last). Regards Jon |
