Title: Times Of The Day Post by Superirish2005 on Aug 18th, 2006, 2:05pm When I told my doctor I get my clusters at either 10:00am or an hour after I fell asleep he said clusters for sure. During a cycle I get clusters either every day or every other day and come at the same times. I usually get them 1 hour after I fall asleep and am woken up by the pain right when they start. or I get them at 10:00am almost exactly the same time. I hardly ever get them in the afternoon. is this normal to get them exactly the same time? |

Title: Re: Times Of The Day Post by Katherinecm on Aug 18th, 2006, 10:36pm It's not only normal, it's a really good sign as it's expected for people with episodic CH. If you ever switch to being chronic it will likely change to being completely unpredictable. |

Title: Re: Times Of The Day Post by Miss Melissa on Aug 19th, 2006, 9:28pm These HEADTHINGS are what I call my alarmclock. You could set your watch by them. They seem to hit at the same time almost all the time. They have even made me fearful of going to sleep at night. Mine of late seem to hit me right after work, the same time evreyday, and all I can say as I start my meds regimine is "Thanks for letting me make it through the shift! :o |
