After a nice break of about a month thanks to Histamine... the beast has returned. :'(

Im with you, I had a nice week without them. I had "Shadows" as I never understood what they were until last week, and then today I got slammed with 3 of them uggh!!!

But there is some relief in knowing that someone really knows where you are coming from. Stay focused, he is not really as big as he looks. You can take him. That is what I have to tell myself when I am going through. I am not going to let you kill me! Hang in there!!! :-[

I am so sorry to hear you are getting hit again.

My DH is going through one right now. I am here typing and I can hear him cursing and moaning in the bedroom and its breaking my heart. Yet there is not much I can do but to give him the space he needs.

Please hang in there. It will pass and you will win another round. Just like my DH will win this round too.
