Hey doods.
Im just expressing my joy at being pain free for a month today.
Before that i was chronic for 7 years and barely went a day without getting a hit !!

A whole month, i cant believe it.
I cant actually remember what i feels like now :D

thank god for

a)competent neurologists
b)Gp's that do their job
c)verapamil
d)imitrex

and not forgetting . . .

ALL YOU BEUTIES !!! :P 8)

congrats on the pain free month. For a chronic that must be a really wonderful thing to have. I hope you have many more PF months.

No Cathi, its not harsh ;) Chop is from Warrington, you have to hit 'em hard and on a regular basis or they forget how to breathe. You have to right left and right on their hands too ::)

Glad to hear you're sticking around Chop, I know your "secret" by the way. Was talking to Kjay for quite a while last night and I have to say you're a star. ;;D

update :--

Spoke too soon, i must have been tempting fate.
I was woken from my sleep about 2:30 last night with a kip 5. i imitrexed it immediately

This is very unusual for me and it only used to happen about once a month even before i found verapamil.

oh well, lets just hope that was a one off !!!

::) ok it may have had something to do with the beer i drunk.

But i thought the verap had made me "normal" again and didnt see the harm in going for a few scoops with the lads.

how wrong was i . . saying that though. if id not been on the stuff i would have had a kip 9 about 10 minutes after my first mouthfull !!
